6 Star Green Star office block comprising the latest energy efficient technology including a complete co-generation system and blackwater treatment plant. The consumer main and sub-main reticulation system featured low smoke zero halogen cabling and many of the light fittings utilised were type tested in overseas laboratories in order to compliment the mechanical design. The lighting control was coordinated via the BMCS systems. The resultant installation remains a benchmark in NSW.
