ELIZABETH MACARTHUR AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTE
A new biohazard agricultural laboratory facility comprising pressure sealed PC3 laboratories and administration hub. The facility utilises energy efficient practices and extensive automated control systems. A complete generator and UPS backup system was also installed. This project was built amongst existing laboratories and offices and the avoidance of disruption to existing staff during this process was paramount.

SMART FACILITY
4 storey specialist engineering education facility comprising specialist lighting throughout purpose built laboratories and a detailed multi levelled lighting control system. Supply was provided via the existing onsite electrical reticulation and integration of existing and new services were a feature.

ILLAWARRA HEALTH AND MEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
3 storey research facility comprising PC2 and PC3 laboratories for specialised medical research to be conducted. A feature of this project was a complete automated lighting system and laboratory shutdown procedures.

IKEA
New 3 storey 100,000m² store and refurbishment of office facilities to be used as the southern hemisphere communications head office. This project features 38,000m² of basement car parking and 65,000m² of external car parking with particular attention given to the location and lighting type due to the stores proximity to the airport and related flight paths. The communications system features multiple server and communications rooms with multiple fibre tie cables and communications racks. The PA systems has been integrated with the dry fire services and all systems, including lighting, are controlled via the BMCS system.
