David has over 20 years experience in the electrical sector and commenced employment with Class Electrical in 2004 as an Licensed Electrician. David’s early leadership skills led to his promotion as Leading Hand, Foreman, Project Manager and his current role as Construction Manager.
David has delivered some of our most complex and high profile projects, specialising in Health and Clinical buildings, design and construct and complex installations.
David’s attention to detail and understanding of our client’s needs ensures project are delivered on time within budget.
Jim Abbott . Procurement Manager
Prior to joining Class Electrical Services Jim spent 27 years in the electrical wholesaling industry in various roles, working his way up from store person to manager and eventually, a partner in a moderately successful electrical wholesale business. Deciding that a break from the industry was required in late 2006 he resigned, sold his share in the business, and had a couple of months off to do, as he put it, “his own thing”.
Mark approached Jim while he was employed as an Assistant Manager with Bunnings to manage the procurement side of the ever expanding contracting business. Jim joined the team in May 2007 and has enjoyed the challenge of developing our purchasing system, improving the quality of our hand over documentation and generally assisting the PM’s and Supervisors with whatever is required regarding materials on our projects.
Tony Crowe . Contract / Project Manager
Tony has been in the electrical construction industry for over 36 years, completing his apprenticeship in 1983, working through various positions including Electrician, Leading Hand, Draftsman, Estimator, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and Company General Manager, gaining extensive experience across multiple areas such as commercial construction, petro-chemical, roadway tunnels, telecommunications, retail & hospitality.
Tony has also been heavily involved in multiple design & construct projects, from early concept stages with detailed client liaison, right through from developing the design within set budgets to the fully completed product in major warehousing & commercial disciplines.
Since joining Class Electrical in January 2011, as a Contract / Project Manager, he has overseen multiple projects from design to completion, liaising directly with the head contract team & project managers, as well on site supervision, to ensure the delivery of the final product;
